3. What we share

We don't sell your personal information. Your name and username are visible to members you're connected to. Extra identifiers you add (email, phone, LinkedIn) are used only to match you to your own account — they aren't shown to other members.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

You can update your name and identifiers, or remove identifiers, at any time from your profile. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
