How does FlockUnlock know who else was in my meeting?
When you submit a meeting URL, we normalize it to a platform and meeting ID. Anyone else who submits that same meeting in the same time window gets linked to you automatically.
Which meeting and group sources are supported?
Zoom, Google Meet, GoToWebinar, Skool, Discord, Facebook groups, and WhatsApp group names all work today. On top of that, you can submit a link to a specific YouTube video, X/Twitter post, Facebook post, Instagram post or reel, TikTok video, or Reddit thread — anyone else who shares that exact same post lands in the same chat with you. And if none of those fit, paste in any other webpage's URL: FlockUnlock will build a community around that exact page for everyone who submits it.
Is FlockUnlock trying to replace my community or become a social network?
No. FlockUnlock is a networking tool, not a community or social media platform — the goal has never been to move your community's conversation over here. It helps people who already share something in common (a webinar, a group, a post, a page) discover that and make contact, which is something that rarely happens on its own. The shared chat is just how that first contact happens; it doesn't have to be anything more than that. Unlike a feed or a community platform, you're never looking at "everyone" — only at your own network, the specific people you choose to connect with.
Why isn't FlockUnlock free?
There's a free tier so you can see the value for yourself. Beyond that, we charge because we're not an advertising business or a social network — we're mining real value out of your network, and that takes real infrastructure and compute. Paying means your feed stays free of ads and your time stays free of noise: you get pointed straight at what's actually useful, with nothing in the way. We hope FlockUnlock becomes one of the most valuable assets in your entire digital life.
Do you sell my data to anyone?
No, never. We're not in the advertising business, and we don't hand your information to anyone. The one exception is a dedicated offers page, tailored to your interests, that you only ever see if you choose to visit it — nothing like it appears anywhere else in FlockUnlock, and you're free to ignore it completely. Outside of that page, by your choice, there are no ads and nothing is ever for sale.
Is it safe for me to put my information into FlockUnlock?
Yes. You control exactly what you share, with whom, and whether people see your real profile or just an AI-generated summary of your common interests. You can block or mute anyone — and if you block someone, it's as if you don't exist to them, not even your presence in the app. We never hand out your contact information; people only ever see your name and username unless you choose to share more yourself, in chat, explicitly. You can stay completely unreachable outside the platform. No one will know who you are unless you tell them.
Is FlockUnlock free to use?
Yes, there's a free tier to get started. Paid plans unlock higher limits and extra features — see the pricing page for details.
Is there anything else I should know?
Yes — you get paid $5 for every paying subscriber you refer.
How do I refer people?
Two ways. Submit a meeting or group and you'll get a personal invite link on that page to share — or, if you're with someone in person, pull up your Meet in person QR code and have them scan it. Either way, anyone who signs up as a new user through your link is credited as your referral, and if they later become a paying subscriber, you earn the $5. (Existing users who click your link just join the shared chat — no credit either way, since they weren't new.)
Why are you offering no refunds?
Because access to the community, tools, and content is granted instantly upon purchase, we're unable to offer refunds. What are the risks of being part of the beta program?
As a beta member, you're getting early access to features that are still being refined — which means you may run into occasional bugs, incomplete functionality, or changes as we improve things based on feedback. We're actively iterating during this phase, so features may shift or be adjusted. In exchange, beta members get a say in shaping the product and early access to new features before anyone else.
